Thank you to Curious Minds for trusting these students to prepare the desserts for your Annual Gala this weekend! We hope your event is a success and you enjoy your dessert selection! PHS has some very talented and hardworking students! After all the Valentines Day orders at the beginning of the week, Culinary students and FCCLA members ended the week just as busy! Students were able to help choose and create a diverse dessert menu for the Curious Minds Benefit this weekend! They even considered the chore of usually having to cut and disperse desserts and chose to do individual desserts to make serving easier for the Benefit. Students created the following dessert menu! Chocolate Cake w/ Chocolate Mascarpone Buttercream Frosting. ☑️ Red Velvet Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting ☑️ White Chocolate Raspberry Cake w/ Raspberry Cream Cheese Drizzle Frosting ☑️ Peanut Butter Dessert Shooters ☑️ Strawberry Cheesecake Shooters w/ Strawberry Crunch ☑️ Blueberry Cheesecake Shooter ☑️ Cream Puffs w/ Chocolate Ganache ☑️
