This month's Staff Member of the Month!
Mrs. Ozier nominated Mrs. Daniels for the Staff Member of the Month for April. Here is what Mrs. O had to say.
I have had the opportunity to get to know this faculty member over the course of many years. She has always helped me and many others who needed her help, not only as a colleague but as a friend. When I was first in my role as a teacher, she allowed me to share an already crowded classroom with her. Many laughs were had and some tears at that time. She has always been so dedicated to developing her teaching skills. Her ability to connect with students is superior and she is a teacher who builds bonds with her students.
Despite the obstacles and challenges we have had the past couple of years, we were able to handle the situations we were put in, like ameded every single IEP during COVID, teaching through Continuous Learning and remote learning. She has helped many students gain confidence, independence, and determination over their four years in school at PHS and they come back or keep in contact with Mrs. Daniels. Thank you for everything you do!!!
