We are postponing the soccer game tonight as the field is too wet. A new field isn’t able to handle the water as well as a mature field. We are hoping to play Thursday but that depends on the availability of officials. I will post here when we know for sure about Thursday. No game tonight.

Parsons Chess Club started their new 2022-23 season attending Northeast High School in Arma. Parsons High School had 4 students attend the Arma Tournament participating in the K-12 Division with 37 students. Our individual HS medalist was Lucas Fugate , who earned the 1st place medal with 5.5 points out of 6!! Great start Lucas! Davis Clark earned the 14th place medal with 3 points. Leroy Letterman earned the 17th place medal with 3 points. Sherman Jenkins earned the 20th place medal with 3 wins. The 4 members of the PHS team earned 14.5 points total to earn the 2nd place team trophy out of 6 teams. Congratulations!
