A group of students from PHS attended Rotary today to listen to Col. North Charles from the U.S. Dept. of State speak about topics pertaining to defense, arms transfer, and Ukraine. Charles is a Foreign Service Officer who is visiting Parsons for the Hometown Diplomat Program.
