This Thursday, PHS will have "adulting day" for all students grades 9-12. Students have had the opportunity to select sessions to attend that interest them. Sessions range from filing taxes, to being an informed voter, to how to buy a car.
With it being a unique day, we are not starting school on Thursday until 8:30. Students report to their Viking Time to get their schedule. Sessions start at 8:40. Please, please do not let your student be late that day!
Each class will get to listen to a keynote speaker and we have secured Chet Kuplen from Sports in Kansas. His presentation will be on social media do's and don'ts.
We are really excited about the day! Thanks to all the staff for their efforts, especially Toni Martinez and Rachel Skinner. We couldn't have done this without them!
We hope to have a lot of pictures after the event so stay tuned!
Congrats to PHS music students that qualified for State Band, Choir, and Orchestra!
