Heads up students or any other community members! Right now a lot of the basic food necessities in stores are slim to non existent! Over the course of the next few days, I am going to be posting some meal options/recipes that are affordable and easy to fix as well as don’t take very many ingredients. Hoping to help you make something different while we are all at home. If you have certain ingredients you are looking to use and aren’t sure what to do with or are just looking for something new please email me at cshafer@vikingnet.net and I will try and find some recipes to fit what you have already home! We will be getting library books out today. If you selected "pick up" be at the high school and meet us outside from 1-2. If you selected "delivery" we will start about 2. You still have time to request a book! Check your email or let Mrs. Martin know.

Parsons has the best food service crew around!!! For lunch today we have a popcorn chicken wrap with other goodies. Lunch is served at all USD503 buildings from 11:30 to 1:00. Thank you ladies for all you do!!!

Attention Mrs. Quarton's US History classes! I am going to be posting some stuff tomorrow on your google classroom. It will be optional but if you have internet, it might be a good idea! Be in charge of your education! It will be all World War 2 related!

PHS Students. Check your emails for a google form to check out a book over the long break. I know 10th graders have a 250 page fiction book to read this semester so what an opportunity to get it done! Fill out the google form before Wednesday and we will have the van out front of the high school to pick up your book(s) from 1:00-2:00 on Wednesday. If you can't pick it up, we will deliver them to you starting at 2:00. In the form is a link to our card catalog if you need to browse for something of interest. We will do our best to fulfill each request. All Library books have had their due dates renewed. All late fees associated with books currently checked out have been waived. PHS students, check your school email later today for more news.

PHS is ready to serve breakfast from 7:30 to 9:00!

We are ready for breakfast! Remember that you can pick up breakfast at any of our schools as well as USD 506 bus stops in town. Both districts working together to make sure our kids have two meals today. We will be at all locations until 9:00. Look for the buses or vans to get your grab-and-go food. Lunch starts at 11:30 and runs through 1:00.

UPDATED: Meals will be served by a Viking staff member in front of each school building from a 503 school van. Breakfast - 7:30 to 9:00 Monday ONLY 
Lunch - 11:30 to 1:00 Monday - Thursday Breakfast for the next day will be given to students with their lunch. Monday: Breakfast - Cereal with yogurt Lunch - Ham and Cheese Tuesday: Breakfast - Soft Cereal Bar Lunch - Popcorn chicken wrap Wednesday: Breakfast - Donuts Lunch - Turkey Club Sandwich Thursday: Breakfast - Mini Pancake/Waffle Lunch - Ham and Cheese wrap ——————————————————— You can also access meals at one of the USD506 locations if that is closer or easier. Those locations are: 10th and Stone Dwayne's Photo (west parking lot) Presbyterian Manor (south parking lot) USD506 will be providing lunch between 11:30 and 12:30 from March 16 - 20.

Meals will be served by a Viking staff member outside each school building in a school van. Meals will all be take and go. Breakfast - 7:30 to 9:00 Mon Lunch - 11:30 to 1:00 Mon - Thurs On Tue - Thurs breakfast for the next day will be given to students with their lunch.

USD503 WILL have breakfast and lunch available for all students Monday - Thursday this week! Details will be released soon!

USD503 - No school this week (March 16-19)

For the next four days, all sophomores will be allowed to leave campus for lunch. This is in an effort to limit the number of people in designated lunch areas for this week. Thank you for sharing this information with your tenth grader.
