Seniors in Mr. Payne’s English 12 completed a “tax simulation”. The simulation gives students “real-world” experience and is the final activity of the unit on financial legacy. Go Vikes!!!

Tuesday January 31st will be our Teddy Bear Toss at halftime of the Varsity boys game vs Frontenac. Bears will be donated to Boxes of Hope.


Video Production students are learning new techniques to prepare for the Season 4 premiere of Viking News.


Mrs Fabrycky's ceramics classes are working on different techniques of handbuilding and decorating their plates.





Ms. Clay’s English 11 classes use the debate carousel to discuss themes from their Lit Circle books.



Students in Mr. Payne’s Honors English 11 participated in an activity called “talking chips”. Each student responded to a question tote on the board and then contributed to the discussion by cashing in a “chip”.



Seniors in Mr. Payne’s English 12 learned about tax brackets and how to calculate tax burden. This is part of a unit advocating financial literacy.



Students in Spanish class participated in relays today where they had to work together in their groups to write paragraphs in Spanish.





Mark your calendars, Prom 2023 will be Saturday, April 29! This year prom will be held at the Parsons Convention Center! More details to come at a later date.
