Parsons forensics competed at Iola on Feb 3rd. Madelyn Armitage finished 2nd in Extemp and Impromptu, qualifying for State in both. Andrea Chapman & Payton Corbett finished 5th in IDA. Makenzie Taliaferro finished 4th in international extemp.

On January 31 FCCLA traveled to Pitt to compete in district STAR event competitions. PHS had teams competing in eight different events. Out of those eight teams, seven teams qualified to advance and compete at state competition later this spring.
