
Last week FCCLA STAR event qualifiers attended state competition in Wichita.
We are excited to announce we have students headed to Nationals in Orlando this summer!
Receiving first place in the state and top gold is Shea Clark for her presentation and project in Repurpose and Redesign.
Also receiving first place in the state and top gold is Ava Meyer, Addy Hetlinger and Heidi Shultz for their project and presentation in Food Innovations!
Chassis Baker and Kadence Ball also competed in Chapter Service Project Display and placed third in the state with a good rating of 94.66 and are consolation national qualifiers!
While we are still waiting on results for some students in other events, we are excited to be representing Parsons at Nationals again this year!

Parsons High School Prom 2025 was a huge success!
Wyatt Shultz and Laila Haviland were crowned Prom Prince and Princess!
Jose Mota and Kallisa Kelly were crowned Prom King and Queen!

Students and staff have worked the last two days laying the foundations for what will be the glitz and glamour of prom Saturday night. With the promise of good weather, walk-in will be outside this year and will begin at 7 p.m. on the east side of the high school.

USD 503 is hosting their annual Sports Physical Event on May 5th at the Middle School, and May 7th at the High School. There is no cost for these physicals. Consent Packets are available in the main office, and in the health office. Spots are limited, so make sure completed consents are returned no later that April 22nd!
It's important to note that physicals done BEFORE May 1st are only good for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. Physicals done May 1st or after are good for the entire 25-26 school year.
