
The 2025 Club fair was held this morning in the aux gym! Students were able to walk around and look at all the different clubs PHS offers.









Students in Introduction to Skilled Trades completed a brake service on a 2017 Ram 1500. Students in General Auto 1/2/3 removed the engine and transmission from a 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass to prepare it for an LS conversion.

Parsons USD 503 seniors attended the Labette Community College Senior Field Day Wednesday. They learned facts about the college, took a short tour of the campus, enjoyed a free lunch , participated in a quiz to win prizes, and had a chance to win door prizes. Thank you, LCC!

Weights are an integral part of fitness for student athletes, who were busy in the afternoon doing planks, long bar squats to press, barbell squats, leg presses and more.

General Automotive 2 and 3 students completed several prjoects today. Alernator replacement (not pictured), transmission fluid/filter change, radiator/thermostat replacement and tire balancing/rotation.





JV football drops their game against LCHS 0-16. Varsity will be back in action this Friday at Ft. Scott.

From Friday night lights to Saturday flag football, students are representing PHS well. Several athletes were up early refereeing and working little league games after a late night of high school football. Great job, Vikes!




The USD 503 Golf Team was presented with a $500 check from the Parsons Police Department Legacy Fund, prior to the start of the PPD's Legacy Fund Golf Tournament at the Katy Golf Course Saturday morning. PHS Golf Coach Paul Duroni said the funds will be used to purchase golf push carts. Any added donations to the program would help to purchase more golf club sets and bags, as it is equipment most students cannot afford, and the school is wanting to expand the program. Duroni thanked the PPD for the wonderful gift. Chief Robert Spinks said the Legacy Fund also provides for other community projects like Shop With A Cop, and a scholarship through the Labette Community College Foundation.
