Students in Public Speaking presented their Character Speech in class this week. They shared 3 positive character traits they possess and showcased objects to represent each trait visually. Students were required to share why they boast these qualities and make the connection for the audience about the object chosen to represent each trait. Great job, Vikes!

At the Half the Vikings trail Fort Scott 6-48.

At the end of the 1st Quarter the Vikings trail Fort Scott 6-27.

Students in Mrs. Ramirez's class work together to complete vocabulary activities. We are learning new words that go along with our short stories that we are reading.

Tennis for today at Forest Park has been cancelled.

General Auto 1 students serviced the front brakes on this Ram 1500. They found that the slide pins in the caliper were seized and caused major damage to the rotor and pad.

Students participated in the Parsons High School Club Fair today. Clubs set up tables with information for prospective members detailing what they could experience and gain by joining!

The PHS JV football team drops a hard fought game to LCHS 6-14. Varsity will be at home this Friday vs Ft. Scott and JV will play next Monday at Ft. Scott.

Varsity volleyball keeps it going defeating Coffeyville 2-0, and defeating Labette 2-1! Great start to the season!

JV Football is down 0-6 at halftime at Marvel Park.
